浅水鱼ufofoo（以下简称“我们”）深知个人信息对您的重要性，我们将按照法律法规的规定，保护您的个人信息及隐私安全。在使用 CityMoment（旅行回忆卡，开发代号“城市打卡”，以下简称“本应用”）之前，请您仔细阅读本隐私政策。

本应用会收集并分析完全匿名的操作数据来改进产品，但绝不采集任何可识别您身份的信息。

一、我们收集的信息：完全匿名的操作数据

为优化产品体验，本应用会收集以下与您使用行为相关的匿名数据。这些数据不包含任何用户识别码，无法关联到您个人：

• 操作类型：您选择或导出的模板、对模板的“不喜欢”反馈（含您选择的原因类别）。
• 模板与地点信息：模板对应的国家/地区、城市、景点（POI）等模板元数据，仅用于了解哪些模板更受欢迎。
• 使用行为：横屏/竖屏、App 版本号、订阅档位（免费/标准/无限）、该次操作是否来自搜索。
• 事件编号：每次记录时随机生成的一串编号，仅用于区分不同的记录，与您的任何身份无关。

二、我们绝不收集的信息

以下信息我们一律不采集，请您放心：

• 身份信息：姓名、账号、邮箱、手机号、用户识别码等任何可识别个人身份的信息。
• 设备信息：设备标识符（IDFA/IDFV）、设备型号、序列号、MAC 地址、IP 地址等。
• 照片内容：您相册中的照片及其内容。
• 位置信息：本应用不会读取您的真实定位，仅展示模板所对应的城市与景点。
• 搜索内容：您输入的搜索关键词的文本内容。

三、数据的用途

收集上述匿名数据仅用于一个目的：分析您对模板、城市与景点的偏好，以便我们针对性地优化模板库与产品功能，让应用更贴合您的使用习惯。我们不会将任何数据用于广告投放或营销，也不会将数据出售、出租或以任何形式提供给第三方用于商业推广。

四、第三方服务与数据存储

• 分析服务：上述匿名操作数据会通过加密连接发送至中国大陆境内的第三方云服务进行存储与分析。由于数据本身不含身份信息，即使被获取也无法识别到您个人。
• Apple 订阅服务：本应用的订阅付费通过 Apple 的应用内购买系统完成，相关交易信息由 Apple 根据其隐私政策处理，我们无法获取您的支付账户信息。

五、数据安全

数据传输采用行业标准的加密措施（如 HTTPS/TLS）以保障传输安全；同时，由于所收集的数据完全匿名且不含身份信息，我们无需也不曾存储任何能够识别您个人的数据。

六、儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集 13 周岁以下儿童的任何信息。如果您是家长或监护人，发现您的孩子在未经同意的情况下使用了本应用，请联系我们。

七、您的权利

您可以随时停止使用本应用，这不会影响您对模板的正常浏览。如对数据处理有疑问或希望了解更多信息，可通过下方联系方式与我们联系。

ufofoo (hereinafter referred to as "we") understands the importance of your personal information. We protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please read this policy carefully before using CityMoment (the "App").

The App collects and analyzes fully anonymous usage data to improve our products, and never collects any personally identifiable information.

1. Information We Collect: Fully Anonymous Usage Data

To improve the product experience, the App collects the following anonymous data related to your usage. This data contains no user identifier and cannot be linked to you personally:

• Actions: Templates you select or export, and "dislike" feedback (including the reason category you choose).
• Template & Location Metadata: The country/region, city, and point of interest (POI) associated with a template, used only to understand which templates are more popular.
• Usage Context: Portrait/landscape orientation, app version, subscription tier (free/standard/unlimited), and whether an action originated from search.
• Event ID: A randomly generated identifier per record, used only to distinguish records and unrelated to any identity.

2. Information We Never Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Identity: Name, account, email, phone number, user identifier, or any personally identifiable information.
• Device Data: Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), device model, serial number, MAC address, or IP address.
• Photos: Your photos and their content.
• Location: The App never reads your real-time location; it only displays the city and POI a template represents.
• Search Text: The text content of your search queries.

3. How We Use the Data

The anonymous data is used for a single purpose: analyzing your preferences for templates, cities, and points of interest so we can optimize the template library and product features to better suit your habits. We do not use any data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide it to third parties for commercial promotion.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Storage

• Analytics Service: Anonymous usage data is transmitted over encrypted connections to third-party cloud services located in Chinese mainland for storage and analysis. Because the data contains no identity information, it cannot be linked to you even if accessed.
• Apple Subscriptions: In-app subscriptions are processed through Apple's payment system. Transaction details are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy, and we cannot access your payment information.

5. Data Security

Transmission uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). In addition, because the data we collect is fully anonymous and contains no identity information, we do not and never store any data that could identify you personally.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App without consent, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

You may stop using the App at any time without affecting your browsing of templates. If you have any questions about data processing or would like to learn more, please contact us using the information below.
